Acai Milkshake

Ingredients : 100 ml. pure acai juice, 100 g. vanilla yogurt, 50 ml. soy milk.

Preparation:

Mix everything in a blender. You can add ice to make it fresh. Serve with straw and enjoy!

Green salad with chicken and dressing açaí

Salad Ingredients :

8 cups of salad greens, 
2 cups chopped chicken breast, 
½ cup sliced ​​red onion, 
4 cups chopped toasted walnuts, 
¾ cup acai dressing

Prepare salad on greens salad, add chopped chicken, sliced ​​onion and walnuts. Sprinkle top with the dressing of açai.

Açai Ingredients for dressing:

½ cup of acai juice 
3 table spoons of sugar 
1 ½ table spoons of grated orange peels

Acai smoothie with other fruits

Ingredients : 200 gr. of açaí pulp, 1 banana, 100 grams of strawberry, mango and acerola.

Preparation : Put 200 grams of frozen acai pulp into the blender at full power, add the sliced ​​bananas and strawberries. Blend everything for 5 minutes and serve. Can be combined with granola to taste.
